About the Hotel

The hotel is a line of whitewashed cottage strung out along the sea front and was built in the 1800s.
We are a small family run hotel with 11 bedrooms (including three singles). We, Chris and Cathryn, are on hand most of the time – Chris in the kitchen and Cathryn “front of house”.

On your arrival you will be welcomed by us or one of our staff – many of whom have worked for us for over 10 years.
We hope you will enjoy our complimentary tea and scones - we have two lovely sitting rooms with a log burning fire for those (rare!) colder days, and a residents “honesty” bar with a small library.
You are welcome to eat in either our hotel restaurant where the menu changes daily or in our more casual Coastal Kitchen above our wee pub next door.
We also own the village's general store where you can buy provisions, post cards and most day to day necessities.
